At Wisconsin Hearing Aid Centers (WIHearing), we are committed to making sure you are fully satisfied with our services and the hearing devices we provide. While all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds, we work hard to ensure that you have all the information you need before making your purchase.
We encourage you to ask us any and all questions before you buy, and we’re here to help address any concerns you might have. Our team is dedicated to helping you choose the right hearing aid for your needs and will support you throughout the process. Though we do not accept returns, we are always here to assist you in getting the most out of your hearing aids within the limitations of the device.
Manufacturers Warranty
Most WIHearing devices are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum of one (1) year from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials, or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free. This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual wear and tear or mistreatment of your hearing aid, such as physical shock, damage from moisture or sweat, excessive wax build-up, or tampering with the device, all of which void the warranty.
