Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Wisconsin Hearing Aid Centers [hereinafter known as WIHearing] device, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund due to manufacturer’s defect. We are unable to honor return requests after 30 days from the date of delivery.

WIHearing recommends you try the hearing aids for a minimum of 21 days because medical studies show that your brain requires about three weeks to adjust to new hearing aids. However, this minimal trial period is not required, and you can return your hearing aids at any time within 45 days from the date of delivery as reported by shipment tracking.

All products MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. For an RMA number and specific return instructions, please contact customer service. 

Warranty

Your WIHearing device is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials, or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free. This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual wear and tear or mistreatment of your hearing aid, such as physical shock, damage from moisture or sweat, excessive wax build-up, or tampering with the device, all of which void the warranty.
